Privacy policy
Draft prepared Sun 11 Oct 2026. Not legal advice; to be reviewed and approved before launch.
Summary
- No tracking cookies, no advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling.
- We plan to use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors, to count page views. It is not active yet.
- If you contact us, submit an event or claim a listing, we use the details you send only to handle that request.
- Saved events (the heart button) are stored only in your own browser using localStorage. They never leave your device and are not a cookie; clear them on the Saved page or in your browser settings.
- Maps: the map and event-page maps load tiles directly from OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap or EOX (EOxCloudless satellite imagery), depending on the layer you choose. Those providers receive your IP address and the page address (Referer) as part of the request, under their own privacy policies. Map scripts and fonts are hosted by us.
